Do other Gems often feel let down by your friends?
Yeah, I constantly feel I'm the only one putting effort into some of my friendships (esp one with my supposed 'best friend') and getting nothing in return. Pissing me off a lot lately.

Yes I'm sure Leos are all that, we all have negative traits. But see the thing is that that is not your personal observation, that is a copy-and-paste job which makes your generalization irrelevant in this context or any context. My observation however is personal. From 26 years of being around Scorpios.

Seems to me that you're jumping the gun just a little bit. She very well may be into you, but from the one incident you described, I don't think that's enough to garner that opinion. As a pisces she could have easily just been lost in her own corner of the world and you happened to be in her field of vision. That being said - you were there, you know better than I do!
If you are not looking for anything relationship wise from anywhere right now, I'd keep throwing that around (not directed at her, or to suggest that she might be interested in you, but just to be upfront with where you are at in your life). I say this because I believe honesty is always the best policy, and being upfront is the easiest way to be honest. She may "know" where you stand already, but sometimes it takes repetition for it to actually be understood. You have to stand firm on enjoying the friendship, but that's all you have room for in your life right now.
Secondly, IF you truly value the friendship - and do NOT want it to go sour, be a MAN - and don't sleep with her. It's easy. Just don't do it.
That's not the only incident. And when I stated that similar incidents occurred I was referring to similar in the sense that they all show that she likes me. Not that all incidents were only about eye contact.
You are right, that's a good advice. I'm going to start throwing it around. It's not that I don't want to be honest, I guess I was just trying to exhaust the possibility of keeping our friendship intact, that's why I came here looking for advice.
I do value the friendship. And because I am a MAN is why I don't find it easy to resist sex. It's not easy, it sounds easy. But you are right, I should do the right thing and avoid such disaster. That's what I'm going to do. If she takes this too far I'm going to have to confront her and be honest to avoid sleeping with her. And that's only if throwing around the fact that I don't want a relationship doesn't work.

That's the whole problem! If you're gonna enter this discussion you shuld read everything because we are going in circles every time someone else joins... I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself for the last couple of pages.
Hey look first off P, every post I've seen coming from you has either been 1. hidden or 2. something negative to say. It's not about manipulation its about making things fair. Men do this all the time. So I am personally coming out and asking a question, it's not about who is manipulating who. If that is your idea then so be it, but Id prefer not to make my posts about negativity.
