First of all ... what do you mean by that?
If you are saying the when the going gets tough and he needs a kick in the ass to get his head straight ... then it would be easy to conclude that he doesn't want to do what he's proposed, rather, he wants someone to show him, help him, get his screwed up thoughts together.
If you are saying that he tells you all the things he actually does, as you being his sounding board ... then is would be prudent to conclude that when he does it, he just made you his accessory in his crime and us the witnesses to the fact that you knew this was going to happen.
So, before any action can be taken on your end .... you first have to get a grip on the reason why he told you.
It would be logical to assume that a person who plans on doing something of this magnitude would keep it secret. For the fact that he told you is a clear indication that he would rather have help, than carry through with it.

I believe he was both, like me.
Heard from him last night. Only took 9 days for HIM to text me. He apologized for the silence. Said hope I am well and happy halloween. Im glad I heard from him but I dont think I want anything more than friendship. Not going to respond. He will get the hint. The fact that he acknowledged the "silence" tells me it was deliberate and I just dont have the time or patience. Not to memtion any trust.

Do you value friendships more than intimate relationships depending on the respect level.... ex.if your girlfriend or boyfriend told you you couldn't hang out with your closest friends would you dump them?
I would definitely dump the gf if she were to request that from me. However it would be unlikely that she will even progress to be my gf in the first place.
I am a Scorp myself but I'm a bit of a weirdo.

A lot of my fellow scorps that I encounter are a little to practical for me, or very "normal", boring, dry.
Do you have that same experience?
I don't see a lot of free spirited scorps, spiritual scorps.

There's this Scorp guy trying to get at this, and well, he's cute but he's just not weird enough for me.
I think Scorp is the most boring/dry sign out of Pisces and Cancers.
It's either the aqua and pisces in my chart or mental, or both but anyhow
