I understand the confusion regarding him initiating the calling but look at it differently, if this is the way he treats you as his friend then he's just as lousy as a friend as he was at being your boyfriend.
THIS. I just went through this exact same thing (same confusion, same ponderings, all of it) with my ex this last year after getting back in touch. Whether is was shitty Libran flakiness or him still having emotional issues, it got to be pretty ridiculous that he couldn't act like a normal human being.
So I just said eff it at some point. He's a shitty "friend" if this is how he wants to treat it. *shrugs* If he wants to bother, he knows where to find me.
You should likely do the same if you want to keep your sanity intact. To sum it up, when you hold no use to a Libra, they don't give a fuck about you (such is how air signs function. Those with water influences will NEVER get it).
Also, if this guy is a youngin, it totally comes with the territory. These guys have no idea wtf they want when they're younger and they act like raging idiots in regard to matters of the heart.

I am super excited that I found this forum. I lurked for like 2min and then signed up because I was already hooked..lol
..umm I just wanted to introduce myself since I am going all novelist and writing on posts and such. I love giving advice is that a typical Pisces? sometimes I have to consider if is wanted from the other person or not but I am harmless, don't like DRAMA but I like to debate fairly. well...*sigh* don't get me wrong, I still get disillusioned from time to time. I end up believing in people anyway, only to be disillusioned again and again. It's a never ending battle.
You want to believe, and it's wonderful to believe then your heart hurts cause you just got hurt again due to being delusional about people. You get vulnerable and they take advantage of that vulnerability.
But yes, usually "good" vibes help alot, trusting your intuition always.
I trust my family though, so i guess it depends on the individual's families and their histories behind it. *nod*
And about it being male...well it's probably WORSE if the perpetrator was a woman cause women vs. women are the worst! they want to get the best man, the best job, the best everytihng and stomp you down to the ground. It's horrible. Sometimes you believe that womankind should stick together and be gal pals and help eachother.But that's not always the case see??

You feel bad cause you chose some friends who you thought were loyal to you only to find out that they were only friends with you to get the goods? To get into your circle so they can tear you down, find out your vulnerabilities and then report to the boss by twisting the way you work or your ethics? Gah! so much! it's a terrible world out there

That's just mental fuckerry and infliction of pain or something gross. Sex is about physical pleasure and mental stimulation, I don't find that in the stuff you mentioned. Perhaps some people do. I am more wholesome in my desires

Thanks for ya'll's responses. It helps alot in easing my mind and yall have given me some very good ideas on what to do with this. I do realize it's about her responsibilities (I've been in management before) and that she is making sure everything is done timely. After all she's gotta cover her own butt. I just realized she knew and understood how she is making us feel....
We haven't worked together that long, so perhaps time will be the solution. I will definitely take all your ideas in consideration.
