Funny thing is I teach a lot of designers in the industry how to do certain things. I always find it funny designers these days have forgotten what it's like to experiment and using their time to develop their own 'place'. They always say I'd make a great teacher lol. I've always thought about it but opt not to because I do get quite emotionally attached in wanting to help others.
I love what you said about raising awareness and being creative in helping others. Awareness to me is the crucible to education and self-fulfillment. I do that regularly just for kicks I guess, design some fliers and what not, leave them all around the city that leads to a discussion forum that I made about a certain topic and I love seeing people start discussing the events etc. People often don't realise they have that sort of power. As for me I like to work anonymously and in the shadows, just not cut out to lead and inspire. But then that's off topic because I don't get paid for it lol.

During my divorce I was one of the most heartbroken miserable wretches of a human being you have ever seen. Thats just how I needed to be to move on, and constantly I would be told that I was too pretty to be sad. What relevance does that have?? My husband found me to be quite unattractive and reveled in letting me know through the divorce.
It was as though secretly their comments were telling me I deserved to be unhappy because I wasn't pretty enough
