Well, as for me, I'm a realist and try to view things from all angles. A lot of people come to me to talk about issues or problems and I try to get them to take the emotion out of the situation and just look at the logic and rationality of whatever's going on. I can be blunt and I have a dry sense of humor, but I truly care about people and sincerely try to help. I won't tell you what you want to hear, but I will give my true, honest opinion. I figure if you didn't want to know what I think, you wouldn't ask.
Many of my friends enjoy my sense of humor and they never know what I'm going to say. I might be serious, goofy, raunchy, proper or sarcastic. I would like to hope my comments aren't withering, though.

Definitely Taurus, for all the reasons the OP pointed out. Not that I had a boss from every sign, but still, she takes the price. When a girl I worked with bursted into tears after getting yelled out by her co-workers, the Taurus laughed right in her face! Just an example.
My favourite boss was a Gemini. The fact that she was hot didn't precisely make matters worse. I'd gladly work "under her" again

Also, Cancers and Capricorns are opposites on the zodiac wheel. I think that makes for an easy bond and conversation. I tend to be drawn to cancers. I find them sweet, nurturing and caring people.
depends on how much thought i've put into it. as i go throughout my day, when im quickly reading people or scenarios, im pretty good. i may be surprised from time to time. but i find that if i've bent my mind on it to really see into the person and make a prediction, i'm usually right. demeanor, body language, how a person presents themselves, where their eyes are looking and focusing on, what they say, word choice... ALL of that tells me a lot about a person. it's not often that im wrong, but it happens. this is regarding things like character or what they might do in certain scenarios.

there are 27 bones in the human hand, 123+ ligaments, 34 muscles that move the fingers, 48+ nerves, and not to mention unique fingerprints... hands might as well have as much character and expressiveness as a person's face. we do a lot of learning, communicating and gesticulating with our hands.
pay attention to hands more and let me know what you guys think

I'm going with Taurus. Here's why?
- Never/rarely on time. Wake Up!! You're the BoSS!!
- Doesn't like change even when change is needed.
- At times (often) they can be very mean. Nobodies like a Mean Boss.
Just my opinion... On any front, I generally like Taurus people, especially the Men :*) I just think they manage money better than a team of people.

How was your TONE?? Were YOU trying to sound authoritative?? That Won't go well with a Taurean...you get more bees with HONEY.
And if you want change, you gotta have a killer PERSUASIVE powerpoint,(USE a Gemini employee, OR someone with Merc in Gemini to get this done.) Show the reasons why things SHOULD change clearly outlined with clear comparisons. And be sure the change is for the benefit of the company &/or EVERYONE as a whole, and not -yourself. (Taureans WILL sniff the BS)..cuz If things work already, why change?? Keep it simple and safe..if Take the taurean out for Lunch to go over pointS AGAIN. Persistance pays.
