It's very important! I 100% admit that I do not have the body type that allows me to eat mostly whatever I want and stay trim, I never had that, even as a preteen and teen. I get severely depressed though if I get chubby, so I'm pretty strict now.
I go to the gym every day, and I have to watch what I eat to maintain slimness. I love the shape of my body though.
LOL same here.. as a "sista" I have the classic brick house frame, Hourglass, smaller upper half than lower.. my hips and thighs are the most muscular part of my frame, I work them the hardest to keep everything in check. the Abs are my focus now..so I'm cutting dairy out for a bit. I love my sweets and cheese so..Its gonna be hard..
