although i like reading and quiet (probably the 25% ) and my left definitely likes creativity much more, as i hate math. but i dont really like playing too much in sports (right brain) which is probably why it's not more than 75% . Still, the test just means if you are very CREATIVE, it will go towards right. If you're a math genius/verbal/ then more left.

Funny how it is always the same pack of idiots embroiled in pointless drama.
You are over-thinking it. Just be an awesome person. Talk about interesting things and create the space that way. Go play bingo with him at the old folks home. Run a 5k with him,do mad libs, go to an arcade or some other activity. See how he is outside of work. If you are the typical Scorp, confessing your undying interest in him could come across as too heavy for the situation and create awkwardness and resentment in the long run.
