Cancer woman
This is a hard one, you never know with a Cancer female.
Cancers can be very self absorbed when it comes to their feelings. If she is telling the truth and is going out of her way to avoid direct contact with you... her personal problems and you are too much for her to deal with right now. She's creating distance until she can get a handle on herself or figure out what is going on. I hope she is a nice Cancer and is telling you the truth.
If she is lying... then something has happened that has changed her thinking and she is not mature enough to tell you that. So she is backing away and won't take responsibility for the fact that she is not considering your feelings. Trying to say it is your problem and not hers.
If she actively pursued you.. chances are it's the first scenario.

Little Clarification CluelessCancer. One, I am not jumping from one relationship to another. I am not ready to enter into a relationship yet, and won't even consider a relationship until I walk out of the courtroom with the divorce decree. But there is a strong interest with this person. I have been separated for several months and have not even given the time of day to another man but this person, we are human and we all have needs. I have been with my soon to be ex-husband for over 14 years and he was the only person I knew or gave my attention to. I never forsaken him while we were together. There is only so much you can put in these comments. I see something here that could be more and there is a strong attraction, when the time comes, I would like to know if this person has interest in me. Even He isn't even ready for a relationship. But atlas, you are not a Virgo, so this is a mute point.

I move around a lot with my work and I meet great people which some turn out to be friends out of work that I keep in touch with... and they are mostly women.
keep going against the flow. not for the sake of being different, but because you wrote the book. just dont knock ppl for making the easiest assumptions. we're all part of the mindless rabble at one point or another. we all judge and we've all judged wrong.
my mars is in aquarius and i attribute a lot of my methods to the placement. i do what i want because i feel like it. nuff said. regardless of what everyone else is doing. really there's more to it than that, but that's as much reasoning as i care to share when it comes to "why" and... i admit, sometimes i do things differently because i honestly dont want to do what everyone else is doing. ugh. i know. poor reasoning. it's like a reflex that i can't control. it's mars for gosh sakes!

I think it can go either or...I don't think one sign is particularly more intelligent than other. Maybe its in the way that it is delivered... *shrugs*
People ask questions they know the answer to because they want to see if you will lie about it.

Before i get bum rushed here's a link from the biography channel they made a special
