LOL! I get my fair share of "fan mail", let's just arrogantly put it that way. 
I'm in the same situation, after my cancer ex. it is really hard and i'm currently trying to work out how to not just fill a void, but also learn from my mistakes and focus on me and my goals, which i seem to to forgotten what they were, all my energy was else where.

These are the classic over the drug counters when you are sick or have the flue and are used for the following
acetaminophen - Pain reliever/fever reducer
dextromethorphan hydrobromide - Cough suppressant
guaifenesin - Expectorant(basically used to thin and drain mucus as well as lubricate)
phenylephrine hydrochloride - Nasal decongestant
I still choose natural. You know our body can naturally do all this.

Yes some Gems do that when they don't want to do something they planned to do. But that's not just a Gem trait sheesh; everyone does it! No matter what the sign; I wouldn't accept that kind of bs; a friend doesn't do those kinds of things. I give people chances but the third time's the charm. After that I'll write you off and forget about you.
