BEST THREAD EVER!
I just got home from walking the trail. Met a nice Leo guy, who was unfortunately not my type, but. like 10 minutes after i walked past him, i turned around after hearing something, and it was him running back to talk to me. We ended up walking and talking for 2hrs. He didn't have his phone on him so he asked if id walk with him to the store to get a pen, and I told him no but said I would sit down and wait....and I did. He came back after about 15min with a pen and some tylenol he bought since I mentioned I get headaches in the heat. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. It wasn't done to impress, it was just being thoughtful.
I warned him that he might not hear from me and im an out of sight out of mind person, and he sorta understood. I explained it aswell as my jacked up personality as best as I could.. He wasnt like the most brilliant person ever,...neither am I, but I really enjoyed running my mouth to someone that actually listened lol. He listened to everything, and if we'd speak at the same time he'd make sure that I got what I was going to say out first....like he was really interested in hearing and listening.
Anyway, I always meet really nice/sweet /thoughtful guys. Im starting to be "team men" on how women complain about not finding good ones.

I envy you guys! Even though I get a bit spastic and just generally talk a whole lot more I'm still pretty aware. It's either that or I'm passed out!

A perfect example of what I am talking about...this is a true story. Not sure I have all the details right.
Guy and girl go out (not sure who asked or who called who, doesn't matter anyhow..)
Date goes okay and they both like each other. Both wanted second date but did not tell each other during date for fear of coming on too strong, shyness, etc..
Well he never called her..she could not figure it out..she felt it and thought he did too.
I think finally a friend tells her to call him, she did, and was she glad she did because he told her he wanted to call,
but thought she wasn't into him/feeling it, etc. they went on second date and it turned into relationship.
See he most likely would have never called her and they both would be sitting there thinking "what the heck??"
I guess aggressiveness has its place, and I have seen the author of the book..he is no shrinking violet.
Sometimes guy may be thinking "She's not into me", and she might be thinking the same thing...leading to a dead end. When
in reality they both liked each other..that's why I don't like the book...it generalizes. It puts that idea in our heads
instantly.."oh he's not into me." And maybe it's something else!!!
Remember men are strong and confident yes, but NOT ALL of them.

I see. But not saying this about you, but you can't build a house using a foundation of sand. Per the laws if nature, Buddha, karma , or whatever you're going to get what you put in. Hence if it commitment you want, you have to put that in. I'll take it a little further. People want love and all its trapping but approach getting in using fear or indufference( circular dating) and then wonder why they can't find someone. I'm just saying. It's simple. The more complex we make it the harder it till be. Cuticular dating only ends up being some complex whatever lol. You're fooled into thinking its simple because of the non exclusive factor...another type of Trojan horse.
well, if men (general speaking) were more clear about their intentions there wouldn't be a need to circular date, would there?
I could date one man or ten men at a time....but if any one of them made their intentions and declarations as clear as mountain spring water....trust me......I would be exclusive and committed to them in a heartbeat with ZERO reservations on my part.
That doesn't happen in the real world, in my experience.
You have to wade through a ton of childish foolish games, commitment phobes, bad relationship experiences, men who like to play the field, men who just want to get married, men who never want to get married, men who are afraid of their mothers, men who are afraid of themselves and the loads of men who have self hate issues due to emasculation in today's society.

Men(and women are honest). Nobody truly lies. There's what they say and what they do and there's no ambiguity about. If what you do doesn't match up with what you say...you dud t lie to me because YOUR actions told me the truth. I stop accusing people of lying a long time ago lol. Why does a man have to be straight forward in words when his actions or lack thereof tell you his level of commitment?
