OK, so after three days he wrote me an e-mails to see what was going on. What I dislike, however, is that he makes his inquiries and the desire to see me indirectly.....he just answered an older e-mail and said "see you soon". Does he just expect me to initiate everything?
Well...you were not very direct either. He probably got the message, though. His response was his way of saying he does not take your indirect attempt very seriously.
Use your elegant and clear style to express your expectations. Talk about positive things: how much would you like to receive a spontaneous message/call from him several times a week. Say that you will deliberately hold back a bit to allow him to express himself. For example, if you didn't contact him till 6 pm, this should be a signal that you are waiting for his call.

I think my age is finally allowing me to rationalize and verbalize my feelings vs being out of control. It's offering me patience. When I start to feel like I have to decide something. I don't have to decide that second. .. I can take time to decide snd stick with it. I've been leaving this man for 2.5 years. . Just finally found out. .through self discovery. . What was missing. . Emotional intimacy. Not dependency. That and judgment.. we are way too different. Values are the same..but we were a one night stand that stayed around for 13 years. I hoped we would both grow. . But that's not happening.

Can you busk? Go into town with a hat and musical instrument or anything you can do...sing, magic and busk in the streets OR pick up a squeegee and water bottle and stand at a busy traffic intersection and wash people's car windscreens when they stop for a red light

I didn't set out to single any out, but they way your defending yourself, making it hard for me to ignore the obvious. There's really isn't much for me to explain.

i have no problem with idiot & even if you did call me one it wouldnt have changed a thing in me or make me feel any less of a person than I already am...which is my point exactly...words DONT or SHOULDNT define a person to themselves or to other people. If you take the words other people call you & make them define who you are then that's on you. And i replied to your initial post because i made the thread & I'll answer whatever i choose to answer, didnt take anything personal..believe that.
