I was a swimmer for years and I when I stopped I gained weight very fast in the next two years. Its just amazing how fast you gain those pounds when you stop being active. I realized then the gym will be my destiny, and I always hated gyms ugh
I am not particular about the gym either. Here is something you may want to consider. It seems crazy, but might be fun. I plan on ordering it myself. I love stuff like taebo or whatever. This is truly extreme, but if you don't want to go to the gy, why not? lol http://tapoutxt.com/
