If you are afraid to lose money, you won't get rich.
Alot of people can talk, but few people are willing to take action when there is risk.
Few people are willing to cross the line when risk is involved.
The principle is same is with the financial markets as it is with everything else.

Especially overeducated people, spew out all the complex theories in school as if they know everything, and say its not hard to do.
But when you ask them to cross the line and do it themselves, they wimp out.

Buy when the market is crashing and everybody is selling. Sell when the market is rising and everybody is buying. Never follow the crowd like a herd of sheep and come out with the rewards of your worthwhile investments. Spread out your assets, all eggs in one basket and you are only bringing upon your own death. Without a career, without a stable financial foundation, then forget about love, co-dependecy is the least attractive trait around.
If I am secure in the relationship, then there is no jealousy...

I definitely agree with LIMM - definitely show her consistency and if you feel like you need space or feel like you may not be doing enough - pause and reevaluate because if you disappoint her again, especially after shes dropped all her other guys - it will cause damage you cant repair.

I'm in a 403B... it's similar to a 401K but only avail to persons working in education. I like low risk, I think I opted for moderate though (I was trying to get out of my element). In any case, when the market crashed I lost little - as I see it I only lost what my employer put in at most, not what my investment was.
