Hello TrueCancer :-)...
The reason I ask is because I find Cancers to be in ways indirect and like to 'test the waters' to see if it's safe when asking for something. But for a Taurus who needs things blatantly spelled out (I don't take to subtleties) I'm not going to 'get it' unless it's spelled out word for word.

You posted this on another thread about your Cancer. I would think you would appreciated directness... but maybe only when it supports your own feelings.

I'm not saying there is no hope. Caps like a "friends first" routine usually. Anything else would be a long time coming, if ever. If you're capable of being just friends with him then do so. BUT, you're going to be hurt if he starts dating someone else and talks about her around you.
As far as the facebook. Don't say anything. Don't send him a friends request. He probably only wants family and close friends on it. One, he doesn't want a lot of people to have access to his status and pictures. Two, he may not want you to know what he's up to - like if he posts a pic with him and a girl. He knows it will hurt you. So, leave the facebook subject alone.
