complete detachment and aloofness to me = relationship over.
I can only speak for myself but I wouldn't touch my ex for 2 years before it ended... sex was sporadic at best for the entire relationship and almost non -existant for the last 4 years of it. (bloody Aquarius w/ Aqua venus thought detachment and aloofness = we get along great!) My water sun made me stay but my Mars/Pluto left the building long before. Mars in the 1st.
My Pisces said he can count the number of times he slept with his ex on both hands... since he realized he wasn't attracted to her in "that' way. His Mars is in the 9th.

and why? i've been in ltr with both taurus and scorpio... two of the zodiacs most stubborn signs, and i gotta tell ya i surprised myself constantly at how my own stubbornness compared.
i've read enough astrology descrips on sun capricorn women and stubbornness is mentioned, but unless it's my other placements, it seems like it should be mentioned more.

I think the issue here is that some people try to deny that their past lovers have touched them so profoundly that they will convince themselves that they don't mean anything to them just because they are with someone else. If a past lover truly didn't mean anything to you, a simple question wouldn't stir up such emotions that it suddenly places them in your bed. True, you may not desire this person anymore or even think about them sexually/romantically, but they still mean something to you. There is nothing wrong with admitting that, and doing so doesn't take anything away from the person you are currently with. Just because you (not you specifically Lady Scorp) choose to ignore questions that reminds you that this person sits some where in your heart doesn't change that.
I agree with this. I can have those conversations but they are difficult if you mean something to me. I don't need details but appreciate honesty and if the trust is there that you can disclose those types of things to each other... that is saying something.
