I guess this applies to male Libras, because I am the one who gets in the wind, but quick. Why hold on to something that does not want to be held onto. I have encountered this in other signs when it comes to me, but if you did all those things to me, I am gone. Just like a bus, a man comes along. The schedule may be inconsistent, but that bus is coming sooner or later. LOL
We like it when people are straight forward with us. Do you think perhaps deep down your intuition is telling you that all she is to you is a friend and that is why you are fearful to ask her? I think she meant it when she said you are like a brother to her, but you will only get a real answer from her. I have two best friends that are men and they are both pisces and I love them like family. I have been friends with each of them for over 13 and 15 years. But I would never kiss them or encourage any other feelings, even though they have both suggested such things, at one point or another. Just be straight with her and you will get your answer. And if doesn't go the way you hoped, you will always have her in your life as a friend
