Libra, when to chase or not to chase? Your opinion

First of all, thank you for all your opinions since last time I posted, I am sure they are useful not only for myself but also for anyone else checking this topic trying to understand Libras a little bit better.
So, it seems like TaurusNikki, libragirl37 and Dafna79 are closer to the truth.
Like I've said before I had to contact the Libra girl for professional reasons but I never did it personally until here and I didn't change that, what I did instead was to ask a girl friend of hers who also works for me to do that; this particular friend was in the picture with me in the water park I mentioned. So after contacting the Libra the girl her friend came and have a conversation with me where she jokingly started to say that she believed that the Libra girl had a crush on me because she was initially very harsh with her on the phone when she picked up, like if she was mad at her or something but then it fade away as the conversation flowed.
I took the opportunity to try and get some more inside info and told her also jokingly that it was unlikely that the Libra girl had that crush on me since she happened to refuse an invitation to go with me that day (because she believed she would be too tired one week before); her friend told me that was actually very true and she knew for a fact that the Libra girl had been working 12 hours a day that week, was out of town a couple of days and only had that one day to rest and it would continue to be like that for the following 3 weeks, she didn't even had the time or energy to go out with the girls as they usually did. She also told me that the Libra girl confessed she was feeling very stressed because of the working hours and felt like punching everything she saw lately...
I did not get much more information and didn't gave away any myself and the conversation soon focused on business only.
So, in light of these new events what do you all think, should I stick to the prior plan or did anything changed?

I don't think I'm very good. Most of the time my head is in the clouds, sand, ass name it...at least I've been told so. I don't give much thought or introspection unless I am "forced" to, namely something has been called to my attention that I cannot ignore.

From the get go? Not at all. But usually after a fair amount of quality time spent getting to know the person, I can usually get a great gauge of it. This is not to say that the PERSON can't change or wont change as time passes.
For me its the difference between falling for someone for who they are versus falling for someone for what you WANT them to be. The ability to gauge someone comes with believing in my sentiment.

It's almost common knowledge that Scorpios can watch you in various ways. Some may call it 'stalking'.
Can a Leo do that?
This morning, 5 am, I had this (first time ever) phone call to my business line a Private Caller. When I picked up, it turned out to be a Fax machine. This is the line Mr. Leo uses. He is a very berry Techie guy.
I was just wondering, if it was him, was he checking if I'd pick up his call? Never received a Fax on that line, especially not a Private Caller Fax machine.
Can a Leo do that?

tiz - It is not exactly going an extra mile, it is reaching that level of connectivity with another individual where silence itself would be but communication (of course whilst a concrete foundation of verbal communication should be but already in place, for this is the generous icing upon the cake).
We want to be capable of reaching our lovers psyche, through a sigh, a breathe, a look, a singular touch, a brushing of lips as so forth. Neither an idea nor an expectation.
For one can not simply mentally will this through sheer brute power and force, it must be nurtured, felt, mulled over, gently yet curiously pried, it takes courage, it takes ones bravery, it demands fearlessness but it is after all a goal, an eternal pursuit on my part in hopes of bringing and giving my lover what they will never ever have again in this lifetime, as much as it is my doing such activities, it should also at the end of the day, on a whole be a journey for both of us, sometimes he may lead, other times I might, at times we might even veer off the intended pathway, to relax and see what lies upon what we do not expect, but nonetheless it should give us more knowledge and experience to keep moving forward. To the point where we could move through one another soul, freely without shame nor fear, yet still come out on the other side, whole as ourselves, though purer.
