First you must know, Leos LOVE falling in love...being in love...pretty much obssessed with love in general. it's what we do best. Be honest and tell him A LITTLE of what you're feeling. When a Leo has you in their sights, it's ONLY you. But drag it out too long without letting him know something...he will get frustrated and give up. We do put it all on the line very quickly when we like someone...problem is when it's not reciprocated, it hurts deeply because we exposed our hearts and feel rejected. BUT tread carefully Cancer, because we can be flaky too...very interested one moment...then bored the next and moving on......Always listen to your instinct...
Agree with xdimplez completely. A lot of guys play the "nice guy" card but they're not genuine at all.
A Scorpio at my work has been watching me for a few months now. The "watching" opportunities he's creating are increasing and its freaking me out! I only talk to him for work related stuff and currently have absolutely no interest in him. What does it mean and what should I expect in the coming weeks?
Not much info here, but it's probably one of two things: either he's attracted to you or he sees you as a threat. That's usually a reason to study someone, regardless of sign.

Definitely shouldn't be a threat- We have different specialties at work but have to interact from time to time -and the interaction is always cordial and professional. Also pretty much our whole team jives well together. We work in opposite ends of the office - There is another person on his side of the office I interact with more frequently. When over there I would get this "feeling" sometimes I'm being watched...so naturally I look up and literally he would just be looking at me. Then he very casually looks away and go back to what he's doing. Also there is someone on my side of the office he more frequently interacts with, and the same thing...I would get this feeling...look up and yep...looking at me...then casually looking away. Other weird stuff...changing where he sits in meetings such that I can't really see him without turning, but he can see me...and whenever I get that feeling...sure enough...looking..,then casually look away!

Virgomerlot - Maybe we should just make a thread on the Music board and talk gear, recording, guitar stuff, and so forth? Might as well open it up so others who are interested might jump in. TMV plays guitar, and a few more of us. Might be good to just have a thread there where we can talk shop.
