Also, something that I learned about the ex the other day kinda shined more light on who I was dealing with at the time.
I guess before we'd met, he was trying to get a new car. He had something older, a Honda whatnot. And he was convinced his car is why he wasn't getting women.
It's so fricken Libran to me because one - must have new, shiny, nice things! And two- he was so insecure with himself that he was sure that getting himself a new, fancy car would help snag him some ladies. The funny part is that when he did (me), I was so indifferent about his car (he was kinda flaunting/bragging about it). He also flaunted how much he made and again, I was indifferent. I wonder how much that knocked the wind out of his sails, haha.
Young guys...
It's little, but it gave me some major insight with the guy I was dealing with at the time and seems to be a large indicator as to why things went south, looking back on it. A lot of those issues seemed to be rooted in insecurity and he kinda self sabotaged everything with it.
Apparently he continues into a semi downward spiral with the ladies. I think he's just trying to find himself and he's in a period of growth/becoming his evolved version. ...it ain't pretty, haha.
They should quarantine young Libra guys from dating, I swear. This is the type you hear about most on these forums!
you need a positve outlet thats the trick for me its music
(in this moment) sure helps me allot .

There is the FWB and there is the one-night stand.
Never thought in my life I'd do it one day.
The second is easier because timeframe is super short without any kind of investment. In return you get the 'faceless man' give you affection.
FWB can get tricky. As Lillilou mentioned, the man can be badly damaged. Had it with a Virgo man for 10 months. Friendship, romance, commitment and all was there. Committed as FWB. As soon as my hopes expanded, he disappeared. Never was worth the involvement.
As djbuck1 commented, if you are truly not ready for an emotional investment, but you want a steady partner because you will know each others likes better over time, the list of wants is an excellent guideline.
It all depends on the frame of mind one is in.

I feel ya guys. This past week has clearly been hell here in the East (and I have no AC).
Tomorrow they're calling for some relief...

Greeting Pisces!! I'm having a hard time getting a read on this Pisces lady. I've known her for a number of years and we've always been on friendly terms though never talked much. In March she invited me out for her birthday, again talked some, but not too much so. Fast forward to June and as I was heading to NY she says I should stop up and visit her. I wasn't in a position too and told her while I would like too, I couldn't. A few days later she says me a message on Facebook asking if I wanted to come to her 4th of July BBQ. I said definitely and a few days later I asked her if she needed me to bring anything, she simply said whatever I wanted. I made a joke and she seemed to cut me short so I left it at that.
Met up at her party and I felt things went really well. She even used the joke that I had said during conversation with some other people there. The following day we met up again at another party and she seemed excited to see me. I joked that we saw each other two days in a row things are getting serious, she laughed and gave me a hug. She was pretty quiet, but I kept engaging her and that seemed to get her out of her shell a bit. But at one point she was discussing with a mutual friend about a guy who's chasing her. End of the night she gave me a hug and left. The following day we had another friend's birthday and she joked about it being three days in a row of seeing each other. We talked a bit and I complimented her hat (love a girl in a hat).
I asked for her number and she gave it to me, but when I texted her (not to ask her out but to give her my number) again she was short. Part of the issue is she's in school and is about two hours away. In two weeks she'll be finished and is moving back to the area. Is it normal for a Pisces to be short when communicating electronically? I was thinking about asking if she wants to get a drink or coffee a few days after she comes home, but a bit on the fence about it.
