I am writing the following with the underlying assumption that the scorpio man is in a relationship with the woman and its not a fling/one night stand.
Making love for a scorpio man=expressing his emotions w/o emotions and feeling truly close to his partner.
They please and give their 100% only if they want to,and more often than not the lady is nice enough to deserve it.Scorpio men don't *waste* it on everyone.
The 'dominant' part of his personality is kept aside and he turns soft and giving.That is not to say he can't/won't dominate again/later or is weak.
He gives because *HE CHOOSES* to give.

I would continue on with him but not put all your eggs in one basket so to speak. Take your time, as it's very possible the ex situation might come into play at some point. Tauruses have a hard time letting go and need A LOT of time to do so.

How is he a cancer? He is born 22nd of july. He is a leo or on the cusp. I thought that it was 20 with 21 the date that astrologers couldn't decide..

Not sure if I am a taurus expert. I have been in an in&off relationship with a taurus man. In the begining he moved really fast and about 3 months into it, he stepped on the brakes. He kept close but it wasn't the same. Then he moved away and it got harder.
The reasoning he gave you sounds like stuff he would say to me.
He always told me how busy he was. Since he knows your interested I would wait to see what he does.
I chased my taurus and it didn't really do any good.
