Obviously not all parts of the Buffalo or animal was used for nourishment, but also for
clothing, tools, weapons and shelter. In fact, the animal itself and occasionally it's parts
served as metaphors in stories, not unlike many other things in nature which were similarly used.
It is a very beautiful and heartwarming thing.
And YES, there ARE many similarities between the two cultures. In part, because the white man brought
the two together in the form of the nation we call the United States, which is open to ALL nations.
BUT... the difficulties lie in the insistence that a predominant government be strictly followed and
in this case, the dominant race is the white race in this country. In the African Continent, the white man would really be the minority. Same holds true in the Middle East and Far East Asia.
The disparity has a lot to do not so much with color but with cultural attitudes -
In the US, BOTH the black and white (red, brown, yellow, olive are not necessarily excluded) communities predominate in politics and are divided by two, if not three, basic philosophic psychologies, that sets the stage and national discussion, as set forth by the poltical leaderships of the Nation. 1) independent thought and self-respect, 2) dependent thought, entitlement, complacency, 3) Indifference and total lack of self-respect.
I should point out that no one race, no one political ideology, or income bracket which defines the
individual/or group's standard of living.... etc. are immune to the swing and sway of good and bad behavior. ALL have their good and bad days, all have their good and bad thoughts. As it is said, the rain falls on the just and the unjust.

Movies just aren't the same anymore. The deeper plot and appeal to emotions is missing.
They do crank out meaningful films, which may trigger emotional responses with deeper plots but one may find them more often so in foreign and independent films. My opinion of course.

The big bucks, blockbusters, are at times fair and well but foreign and independent films seem to hold a deeper grasp, a much more lasting impression, ones that causes one to mull over and actually process, think. Television, hmm...the good ol' 60-70s had really classic pieces, Golden Age, now it is the Platinum Age?
same thing happened with my ex, he will not feel the same about you, he now is thinking you are not trust worthy, that was i felt when my girl did that, he wants to leave you but something is holding him back.

This site is absolutely ridiculous, but if you have a certain type of sense of humor, it can be hilarious. I'm not talking about the jokes people post, either, because most aren't funny.
The way certain personalities interact when they're just being themselves (or acting how they THINK they should act) cracks me the fuck up, though. Some are so extreme and over-the-top that they're too ridiculous to hate, and you can't look away.
It's like watching the members of the Westboro Baptist Church making 4-year-olds stand on corners holding neon signs with "F*GS EAT FECES or "YOU WILL EAT YOUR CHILDREN" plastered all over them. It's insanely stupid and offensive to the point where you start laughing because it's unbelievable that people like that actually exist.
Plus, people complain about shit on every message board...I see it on every site. It's just how people are. If they're not doing it on the board, they're doing it in PMs or in the chat room, which makes them no better, really.
It's a junk food website, basically.

Unfortunately I know only 2 gems but luckily they are my mother and my aunt. Out of all of the people I know these two are simply the best gift givers in the world, every gift is a perfect fit for that person and occassion and every card bought is purchased with such care and with the individuals personality emblazoned on it.
I give the best gifts IF I remember your birthday etc.. But they will not be wrapped up very well, that's if I bother to wrap them at all. I also don't talk much am very quiet spoken and haven't cried a single tear in over 20 years and didn't shed too many prior to that even though i possess that cancer moon. Not very typically Leo, but then we really shouldn't generalise by sun sign.
