Chilled Avocado and Cucumber Soup, freshly accompanied by Shrimps
Ingredients :
3 cup chicken stock or broth
2 scallions, chopped
3 very ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed with a fork
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 cup diced cooked shrimp
4 small cooked shrimp, shelled
3 cup half and half
1 cup sour cream
2 tbl fresh lemon juice to taste
(white pepper to taste)
(snipped fresh dill to garnish)
Method :
Heat stock with scallions until hot.
Remove pan from heat and stir in the avocado and cucumber.
In blender, puree mixture in batches and transfer to large bowl.
Stir in the half and half, sour cream, lemon juice, white pepper, and salt to taste.
Chill, covered for at least 1 hour.
To serve, stir in the diced shrimp into the soup.
Float a single shrimp on top of each serving.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.

I love pisces women but you guys have very low tolerance for hardcore criticism. Why is it so hard to believe that you guys have bad traits just like every other sign?
i agree with the low tolerance towards criticism ..... we take it in, pretend to not acknowledge it, or just "shrug" it off - but it works within, it manifests - you can actually see the thought process based on two responses: shattering silence (cold treatment) or being overly communicative about the specific topic, cause we wanna know where this critique is coming from in order to make a change.

My mother is a pisces actually one day removed from myself, she reacts in the same ways that you do. It only happens when there is something important that isnt exactly pleasant to talk about.
