Me personally, I feel like I want to be the friend that has an open ear and a shoulder to cry on whenever no one else is there. Actually I've lost count of how much of my free time I've spent helping other friends with mundane tasks just to be there for them (doing humongous loads of laundry, cleaning their house, etc.). Sorry I don't take anything a teenager has to say seriously. Maybe if they were past 25, had time to explore, and then discovered they were gay, that would be fine. But if you're 15 years old, you don't know shit.
Mr. D., with all due respect, this is something you really don't know much about since you haven't had to be in those shoes. At the age of 15 did you know you were straight? Did you find females attractive? Or other males? Unless this is a case of being a late bloomer I'm fairly sure that males start popping woodies by then so there should have been a pretty good clue about what was appealing.
I've known about my orientation since I was about 8. My parents and siblings are all straight. If I ever met another gay person before the age of 17 I didn't know about it. And considering that my family regularly bashes on homosexuals and teaches that gays burn in hell I think it's safe to assume that mine isn't a case of learned behavior or wanting to be cool. If anything, I think of my ability to bond with males as being more of a learned behavior than the other way around, something of a survival technique.
Let's say an undercover cop was in on the fact that a bunch of gangsters were planning on robbing a bank tomorrow
And then the bank robbery actually occurs tomorrow. It occurred b/c the undercover cop didn't report it nor did he try to stop it once it was occurring
UM doesn't that DEFEAT THE PURPOSE of having undercover cops?
This is basically what happened in the motorcycle case. There was a REASON he was sent as an undercover cop to embrace & "get in" with those men.
The min he had his 1st lead that they were planning such a stupid plan that could've endangered thousands of other innocent motorists on the highway, he should have reported it to his superiors!
