Yeah, I think you should give her some time alone. It seems like her insecurities are in the way concerning you guys' relationship. She might be thinking of the pro's and Con's of being in a relationship with you. I agree with ScorpioFish don't pressure her. And yes, take things slow. If she doesn't come around, I believe you can just move on.I think Cancer/Virgo's make a good match. Just seems like it would be a lot of work on an emotional level. Anyway, I hope you can work it out with her.
