Who's going to kill the animals so we can eat?
Who's going to build the campfires?

WC makes a good point. I didn't grow up around primping men. And I don't really primp. So where did my son pick it up?

Yes, yes, yes!! What is up with these pretty men anyway? Good God they are everywhere, shuffling around in skinny jeans they could barely walk in. Unattractive.

I do!
I must be weird. Or just from the Midwest LOL.
It comes as a shock to some people you can actually grow a salad in your back yard and catch fish to eat from a lake

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is? Historically men have spent a significant amount of time wearing frilly clothes, makeup, and yes, even heels. Dating back to Egypt we can see how males wore the day's equivalent of eyeliner. Many cultures the world over have depicted men wearing robes that are either unisex in nature or hardly distinguishable from what the females have worn. In some instances men's wear has been substantially more ornate and dramatic than that of women. Ever seen a picture of our American founding fathers? They wore wigs, rouge, and heels, and some cute little bows on their knickers too. Fashion trends are just another cyclical aspect of human sociology.
Personally I see nothing wrong at all with male attempting to make themselves more aesthetically appealing. At least they're putting some effort into their appearance instead of wandering around like shlubs. And what's seen as attractive today will probably change again to another trend in a decade anyway.
