In the US, at least in my state, your parents or guardians can sign you into the hospital without your consent if you are under 18. Also, you cannot sign yourself out without their consent.

40 lbs in the last few months.
Her parents are divorced and seem way too busy with their new lives. They have quite a bit of money to afford a nanny to take care of things when the mom is not around. That's most nights from what I can see.

I do it too... Maybe he needs some time to cool down? Although that sounds like a pretty long time. Sometimes I'll disappear for a few days to slow down if I feel like I'm "head over heels", because in honesty it terrifies me. But I at least come back to apologize and regroup.
Maybe something traumatic happened in real life? Sickness, a death in the family, take your pick. Don't wait on him though, in case he's just trying to string you along or dominate your mind. If you see someone better and/or have your goals in place, pursue those first.
Yes, I am putting this in mind.. maybe he is busy with work or something.. but even though.. if someone says that he loves me or atleast like me.. he would atleast reply me saying that he is alright and need to be alone..
