Once I blindly trusted unconditionally and was betrayed, I would not be able completely trust them again. Things would never be the same. I would build in impenetrable wall, so what would be the point?

anonymous, I was hoping you'd reply. I've read some of your posts about your Taurus guy. I could relate to some of it. Particularly the fan club and him asking you to make plans and then bailing. I'm honest with my Taurus and tell him if something is bothering me. And he totally put my mind at ease with the harem girl in particular that had me green. He reads me well and when he realized I was bothered (in my mind it was clear I was bothered about him changing plans) he asked me what was wrong...he was pretty annoyed actually...but I told him calmly that I didn't like changing plans and I didn't like the way it made me feel ...he went quiet...then showed up like Prince Charming doing exactly what I wanted. Maybe 20 years ago I would have been ego driven and bothered he was kissing up after the fact but now...it just made me happy that he wanted to make me happy and honestly didn't have a clue about how those things made me feel. I liked reading what you had to say...details different but feelings and situation similar. Thanks.

As a Cancer, and I'm speaking from my own experience....I realize others handle things differently, I can say that it really depends on the situation. I have known for a long time that the meanest thing one can do to a person, verbally, is to take every horrible truth about them and force them to hear about it, and I have used that particular weapon very effectively and cruelly, at times. That's when I'm in a cold rage and am being calculating and truly don't care what kind of damage I do and with no intent to fix it afterwards. That usually happens on the very rare occasions when someone I truly cared about ended up betraying me.
The other angry outburst type is usually fiery hot and full of tons of hurt, anger, frustration, and only my closest and dearest ever get to witness it as its never directed at them, but is me verbally venting about whoever put me in that place to begin with. When I hit that point of anger it's usually extremely dark. It's the "if thoughts could kill" place where the offending party just underwent some of the most horrific tortures and death or instant vaporization in my mind while whoever it is that gets to let me vent hears a portion of it all.
IF and WHEN I have an outburst where I've said some mean things to someone I care about and I know they've been wronged by my words and actions then they will get the most sincere apology and probably an emotional outpouring to go with it.
Ultimately I hate bullies and anything unfair or unjust, so when I DO have a fit of pique and someone is the target there's usually a pretty good and righteous reason why they got pinched/clobbered.

lol yeah, i hardly use the cut with the claws line, but it's useful sometimes. But yeah, some Cancers react to things differently than others. I think it's what makes us unique. Plus there's nothing wrong with you trying to understand us. At least you mature about it. I'm the watery Cancer type i guess.
I am trying to learn as much as I can. I am trying to get a read on the female side just to have an idea of what goes inside your women's head at times.
