I'd choose A if it's just someone I've gotten to know recently. I'd still choose A given how you asked the question seeing if they are my SO I'm pretty certain I'd have a few things worked out already.
Or maybe just straight out ask them, it's what I always do rather than forming useless scenarios in my head and kill myself in thought. My best friend's a girl and she's practically family so I suppose there is a difference between a guy saying "Oh hey meet my best friend, I've known her for a year" vs someone who says "Oh this is my loser friend of 25+ years, be nice to her".
