Regarding the older bull I think somehow he knows I decided to pull back, he is doing the same. 180 degrees difference! So cold! Kind of stings a bit, but it makes the whole thing easier... like a bitter pill to swallow. I will miss him, but I guess this is for the best for both of us.

Which brings me to my question... I can prove that he signed for a credit card transaction without me present and likely deduce he took my wallet, but will the police even give a shit? I live in Houston no less....

Small claims court and PROOF he took your wallet. You need the credit card receipt that he signed. Anything short of that you are shit out of luck. The police will only take a report..that's it. Don't get so sloppy when you drink and have men take you home.

Remember, when he was dropped off back at the bar and his car, I was not with him. So, there is nowhere I could have left my wallet that would have left a choice being him taking it to later return.
Then, for my very last point, I asked him 5 days ago via facebook email (which I know he saw due to his read receipt) about my wallet. An email which he ignored.
Now, I do not believe that it is at all plausible that he mistakenly or otherwise innocently took my wallet.
P.S. There was also $ 60 cash in my wallet. Were I going to give him money to take a cab, it would have came from there. Conveniently, that money was also missing when I picked up my wallet just a short time ago.
I see what's going on here now. You really were NOT sure he took your wallet. Because if you did you would have TOLD him and not asked him if he did. The cops will look at you like you were drunk (clearly) and don't remember. Is the drama worth $ 15.00 and then being publicly embarrassed?
