Hard to figure out. Thoughts?
It's just the title I think that's missing. It's clear that he is into me, I see it in his actions. He does a lot for me. Far more than people I had a title with did even.

HungVirgo there is a whole lot more to the story. I haven't known the Libra woman a year, but we definitely have a history. And to answer your question, I have slept with her, twice at that. The sex, IMO was below average. I started dealing with her pretty casually while the Taurus was still in the picture. The thing is with this Libra, all of the pursuits have been on her half, not mine. When I left Seattle and moved to California, it was definitely her who tried to keep in contact not me. There is a lot of reasons I resent this Libra, some I can get into, and some I won't. But this Libra chick has a ton of problems and issues. She's a magnet for trouble, and she's always in a "situation". Since I've known her, she is jumping from issue to issue, generally due to her bad decision making. And she traditionally has irresponsible friends. The real attraction was that I was the one who could listen to her situation, size it up, and tell her the right decision to make. She always said several times, that I ground her. But this is the issue. Once she's fine, or she has put out a fire in her life, then she goes missing. See the thing is, she blows up my phone when she's dealing with a situation. But when things are together, the calls stop. This is what I tried to address to her the last time I called her, and she seemed to want to ignore. And the very fact that she was trying to trivialize it, let's me know that whatever I think about it isn't important. See I gave her the choice to no be a friend, and she hasn't taken it. Because at some point she wants to be able to weasel her way back into my life, because in her mind she is probably going to make another huge mistake and need to reach out to someone more responsible. She's drawn to irresponsibility and irresponsible people. She loves the hell out of people like that. But when she messes up, I'm her old faithful. And frankly I prefer not to be someone's fallback person, in case things go wrong.

You think she calls you only for these reasons when the just as likely could be she doesnt feel comfortable enough with how you'd react to call you when she doesnt have some issue to talk about. People can intuit pretty quickly that virgos like to be asked for advice so its usually a easy and highly successful conversation starter with virgos. When she comes to you with questions do you ask her about any of your own issues in return? Are you a one way street with her? Did you ever say to her how you felt about what you were interpreting from her behavior? Did you ever tell her what the consequences would be if you didnt see a change? I know you said she wanted to ignore but thats to be expected when confronting a woman with perceived character flaws. Doesnt mean she wont think about it and acknowledge it after its settled in. She chose to not "not be a friend" so she values something here. I've said all this just to say this, if its a relationship you would ideally like to preserve then there are signs that it can work. But if its not one you care about enough to work on then fuck it.
* I meant it's very black and white with this kind of concept. If you treat others badly, like beating them up, bullying, treat them less than human, worse than an animals (and you should treat animals kindly too) then there is no hope for these types.
