Can I just say that if you want him back (I know you're going to say you don't), but if you did you should tell him honestly, and don't downplay your emotions, tell him in a letter so he can really understand.

Gotta agree with the OP.
I don't see how women can just make light of random men going inside their bodies.
Call me a prude, archaic or whatever, but to me, that's the 9th circle of trust and intimacy.
I'm engaged to a man I love, who loves me, and sex to us is something special, treasured, and never taken for granted.
And when in a loving relationship, both partners continuously learn about each other and make the experience better and better.
Maybe these women promoting FWB consider me boring, but I definitely am fulfilled. What more could I want?

You just described my ex with the part about being a dreamer, lies, etc. In my honest opinion, they like to talk but rarely do anything to solve what needs to be done to make the beautiful picture they are talking about a reality. It's tiring & any sane person would walk away from someone like that. I know I did.

I was thinking the exact same thing. You described my ex as well! They love to talk but do absolutely nothing to make their beautiful words into reality. Eventually the other person sees that it's all sweet talk and nothing more and walks away.
