i wonder what is behind this kind of behavior. is it really that some people are that selfish so they make their kids attached to them just to not to be alone? i can't believe that's the case. i don't want to, it's too awful. i believe that they have an enormous fear of life.
Yes. In cases where women cling on like this, AND they're single/widowed/divorced, they tend to use their sons as a place holder for the missing male companion in their life. In turn, it breeds a very unhealthy bond she forces on her son.
In the cases of being widowed or divorced (maybe), I think it's a major fear about being alone. They already lost one person that they love, they don't want to lose their kids.

Heh. Misunderstandings. Right now, I've been flipping because a woman who wanted me and was curiously obvious about it took issue with me. Thing is, this happened due to an asshole talking shit. I can only blame her for leading me on, for believing this shithead and snapping at me. Since I'm a homo, I'm always ready to accept when it turns out I can't be with someone, but because of these particular circumstances, I'm actually rather hurt. I was at peace, but as time passes, she just keeps giving me more reasons to be disappointed in her. I'm actually starting to get irritated.
@miha well emotional stability is kinda the opposite of financial stability. Now it can mean different things to other Cancers, so i can only speak for myself or a similar Cancer like me. Emotional stability is knowing that i can trust my partner with all my feelings, secrets, & personal thoughts. It's something that you know no matter what happens, you'll always be there for me & never leave. No matter how many disagreements, there's, you still got love for me. Basically, someone who is always honest & considerate of my feelings. So this is my idea of emotional stability in a relationship or friendship. Like i said before, this may not apply to all Cancers; but it does to me.
In a relationship, a persons money is not what keeps me. It's how well they treat me. I can get my own money anyways.
