Thank you, to all who commented....Those who enlightened me,and to those who entertained me...All are appreciated.....Montgomery, I have to target you first, since day one, you have always offered up negativity, even though, I was just posting for humor...You thought that by you trolling my posts, that I was going to fold? You thought wrong...I actually enjoy the verbal sparring. Thanks. But to answer your post, Yes, I do admit to looking at her husband, but it was not to the extent of disrespect, and it only happened once. But I do notice him watching me alot...And even if I was the type to disrespect, she should behave with such a decorum, that it should not bother her, because they have a church and a reputation to uphold....And for humor, Maybe she is a Scorpio!!!LOL!

She's 18...legally, the parents have every right to kick her out and not support her.
Whether it's morally right or not is irrelevant. Unless I'm missing something, I'm pretty sure she has no case.
The entire family seems to be dysfunctional, but I don't see how she's legally entitled to her parents' money.
Do you have children?
N
No, but that's not relevant. The law is the law.
No it is NOT the law. The child is still in high school and NOT legally emancipated. She is fully dependent on her parents..financially.
I did a little research, and turns out you're right.
In that case, she's got a case. Not to mention the child abandonment that may also apply.
My knee-jerk reaction was to say disown her, but if she hasn't even finished high school, it's a parent's duty to see to it that she does, in order for her to have a chance in life. And then they'd at least be able to take her to family therapy so they could work their issues out in a constructive manner.
But don't make it necessary for her to drop out just because of petty issues like curfews, etc.click to expand
