Poltergeists are more likely to attach to girls when they hit puberty. Although 9 is quite young it's not unheard of to start puberty at this age - was that the case with you? I'm not talking necessarily about periods (although that is possibly represented in the blood found under the bed) but even the start of your body developing (hips/ boobs etc) - It would explain the timing of the first event.
Your mum probably played it down because that's the best thing to do - the less you acknowledge it the better. My guess is after that first incident you forgot about it. Then at 13 you started thinking about what has spend and questioned it. That's the reason it came back. It has been with you since. The scissors thing would worry me, it appears to be trying harder to get your attention. If I where you I would try to seek help to get rid of it.

Do you make an attempt to let them know the realization has finally come to you? Or do you just let them go, believing it's best to allow them to move on, and that it's your loss and burden to bear and suffer though?
I just realized this about myself just now, it just dawn on me that it takes along time for me to feel that way. And it's not because I'm hurt or anything it's the way my feelings work. It's like its on a time delay.
You Virgos are kinda slow, huh? What may take one person a year to figure out would take you 3 years to discover. If only the virgo could understand that they don't have to have very thing sorted and figured out before being with someone, that would make life less complicated. We can't deny our nature. Nobody can. Love can't go on a timer. If you look for quick fix, then find it but dont expext anyone to change their nature to become your quick fix.

Maybe. I have no idea what Leos are like. My aunt's a Leo and I usually just listen to her talk and I nod.
So reading more into this I came across what's called a black kite or black Dragon. It says it's when a square cuts across the opposition in a kite, I believe. The second kite ands pointed out, the one with Jupiter and Neptune has my sun-moon square cut across it. Idk if I'm reading it right but it's that what it is? Anybody?
