I'd like to know what the hell makes so many women so desperate to be in a relationship. Why do they see it as validation of their own self worth?
I guess it feels good to them to think they "passed the test". That, and they are in denial that he's mistreating them by coming up with an excuse (a.k.a. reason) for the behavior.

Maybe it has something to do with capturing the bad boy! Sometimes it's the challenge. But most times, these women have such terribly low self-esteem that they think whatever garbage is thrown at them by someone else, it's their fault. They must have done something for the guy to be behaving badly.

Detriment is more about the conflicting energies than an actual weakness with any sign. As discussed, Libra is the sign of the diplomat. Libra is Venusian. The sign wants love and peace and art, and can at times be considered lazy and indulgent as all signs have their positives and negatives.
Mars is the planet of aggression. It's symbolic of will-power, strength, combat, drive to conquer. Mars is everything that Libra is not and vice versa. So when one's abilities to motive themselves are focused in a sign that would probably rather sit around getting chummy with someone pretty, that's where the idea comes that it may not be the best placement.
Mars will always have Martian energy though and give it to any placement that it touches. If Mars makes contact with the Moon or Mercury in particular, it would grant a person the ability to be expressive or confrontational as you've described.
Better than the first and ended on a disturbing cliffhanger. Also a look into the lives of rich people lol.

You're reacting emotionally to a passing statement I made. That tells me more than this topic.
To stop emotional women and females who do all that we do..maybe state in your OP you only want responses from men. Or you know..you could ignore anything that opposes your higher than mighty truth. It would be easier for you.
To respond with a simple answer..no, no amount of provoking from either gender should warrant the other party to turn violent. Self control above everything.
