OP, this has nothing to do with him being a Taurus. He is but a messed up 40 year old guy who needs to take some responsible decisions and I think that most of all, he seeks escape and sweet comfort in you. You are young and at the starting point of your life. Most be like a breath of fresh air to him. Don't forget this: you are a treat to him! If he really loves you, he would show respect towards you and to your age and take good care of you.
Get the hell out of that mess, from him ok? Do yourself a huge favor! You are young, live your life. You will find your man who will love you and respect you, if you allow that to happen.

Apparently the story goes he was refused because the owner of the previous cafe said their 'clientele' wouldn't like a black person serving them coffee. I admit it's a pretty bullshit thing to say especially for this area. But after observing his skills in front of a coffee machine or just general hospitality, for me personally it's taking a bit far.
From my perspective he's now given the shifts that most people want and is given more hours than people want. Now that to me is unjust. It's almost gone the opposite way whether he intended it or not. Just because of one incident he is now being treated above everyone else.
Don't care how much of a story this is. If it takes him, 24 minutes to get a small flatwhite out to a customer then there's a problem and I don't care if he's taking photos for the article. Take that shit elsewhere.
And yeah thanks wagtail he's Brazillian. Sorry if it was confusing I had like two different lines of thoughts when I wrote this before going to work lol. It's gone from racial discrimination to racial advantage.
