I'm going thru an emotional breakdown normally I can control my emotions but this time it's different it's Been five months since me and this aqua dude parted ways, I've done fine or so I thought last week I was working a game at the stadium and saw him there after that I couldn't get him outta my mind it was very intense my thoughts then I started crying and overthinking things....I don't need criticism or anything negative I need advice on why the sudden breakdown or intense moments in my thoughts...
