One of the better bosses I had was a female leo lol,got a good one I guess.My current gemini boss im noticing im picking up the slack of "management" responsibility of telling to people what not to do when I finally get fed up with other employees but hes OK otherwise.Hes got the "too nice" thing happening with him and the crew members are taking advantage of it mainly the libras with constant call offs without medical,family or military required leaves attached to them.Theres alot of people not wanting to work for having "fun" happening recently for me lol,when the leo boss was here people were written up,suspended and fired for alot of things they're doing now to the gem dude.
