I think u shud take the initiative and try making your feelings known to him. Bulls are very sensitive to rejection and coldness and he may have noticed things about you which have made him step away and analyze ur actions. If you have seen a snap of u guys holding hands at his house, that speaks a lot about his liking for u. Take a risk and approach him first. If he likes u, he WILL respond.

But for a fish, I think I have a good balance of emotion and practcal thinking, I am just as cynical as I am romantic. I was overly emotional with my ex and this time around I kept my emotions in check. I felt so strongly about Virgo guy, but didn't let it overwhelm me, I must have grown up. He is 33 and 4 years older than me.
He is immature for his age unfortunately. His behaviour has been quite rude towards me, ignoring messages etc, but we got on so well (as friends mainly) and his sudden change in behaviour just doesn't make sense, I am betting something is going on there, rather than he just lost interest. I'm willing to give it another go. I at least need to know one way or the other.
"I bet he's thinking about you... but keeps saying "I'll call her soon" as the days and weeks tick by... SO YOU call him! I bet he'll be glad to hear from you." well, that's what I'm doing, so who knows, he could be doing the same.
