I've read a similar article before. I think they said men prefer smiling, friendly appearing women because it suggests they are more sexually receptive.
I'm not attracted to men who smile a lot either. I think it's because I tend to associate it with extroversion.

Yes! You are both right. My reaction was to run and move on when I realized things weren't moving at a pace I was familiar with AND he wasn't communicating his feelings. I'm not sure if that hiccup will make or break us but I think we need to talk more about what we want. I'm very up front about my feelings but he only really opens up when I get so frustrated that I want to walk away.
Yes virgo drives us crazy. I knew exactly that i HAVE to run because i am not happy with the pace but i was stuck... Virgo can be so bad at communicating feelings and they are very secretive. I feel like there is no right or wrong but it depends on what we want. If you want more and he's this way, it wouldn't work out as it might cause resentment in you. I am very upfront about my feelings and confessed my feelings to him. I think they do appreciate but they don't express it at all and it also frustrate me to the point of leaving. But like what you said, he's been really active with his communication by talking to you daily. They show love in a different way and if you feel like you can't handle it, i think it;s time to talk to him.
I know what are your worries and we aries can be really impulsive at times. But again they say virgo is the one of the most faithful sign and they will be worth it in the end... if you can tolerate their shits haha!

I'm not a bunny boiler but i will definitely give him a good scolding and then say good bye. But i guess sometimes aries can be soft hearted too.. I tend to forget my anger in a few minutes. You deserve so much more girl, 9 months is way too long not to commit. My advice is to follow your heart.

I have had a short term flirtation with a guy who is a Virgo with Scorpio rising. During a conversation I suggested that it'd be better to meet face to face more, and he somehow thought (and told me) felt that as if he wasn't enough for me. I tried talking to him twice and he responds back, but he doesn't do anything to keep conversation going or he is not initiating any conversation. However, at the same time he keep clicking on the "Going" button for most of the events I state attending. In most of these event we see each other, but we pretend we haven't and we don't talk. Just two days ago I was at a small conference, and he happened to be there. He tried to stay in my field of view, and checked me out many times, but still no move.
In addition, we have many mutual friends, and he doesn't come to any of those small dinner/house parties even though they are his friends, too. Plus, couple of my friends caught him stalking me on Facebook. He is confusing...
PS. Btw, I am a cancer with gemini rising.

I also have scorpio rising and my best advice it to approach him and initiate conversation. If you are really interested in him, find out what he likes or is passionate about. I assure you he will have no issues carrying on a conversation about his interests, especially if you can find a common ground. Try not to be critical of him or things he enjoys, we are very quiet and reserved but will attack with sarcasm if we are offended and we are very sensitive. The "stalking" behavior is him "admiring you from a far", he just does not have the confidence to approach you
