Remembering to breath properly
Grounding myself...going outdoors and feeling the earth under my feet
Reading a good book, curled up and cosy
Dancing...singing and listening to music, i find very relaxing
Crying if it gets too much
I did try to sing a bit this morning lol
Sometimes I just want to break down and cry but I realized sometimes I can't even make myself cry ... How weird is that.

Naw I honestly didn't read the whole thread. I'm too busy sexing my husband in the house he bought with a lack of a uni degree.
Ho hum I'm slumming it on our beach front property with such an uneducated man.
You do you.
Living the dream.
I was with a highly educated man. He was by far the most isolated and socially inept person I ever met. He was emotionally challenged.
I think finding an open minded, compassionate person is the win.
Totally agree
I have often found the most intelligent people are the ones that educated themselves
Quite a few academics seem to be caught up in the logical side of the brain and empathy and compassion can be difficult for them. I worked for two lawyers who I had to s-p-e-l-l out everything regarding communication with staff......they didn't know how to relate unless it was legal matters ......
