He's getting what he wants from you and that's enough for him. You're wasting your time, and he isn't worth the wait, IMO. He doesn't sound conflicted at all, he's telling you what you want to hear to keep you around.
If you leave (that means ignoring hos texts and calls), he will know you're serious. If he wants you, he'll leave her. If not, you can be free to find someone who actually loves you. This guy doesn't.

Wow...interesting read. I've been trying to put my finger on some of the relationship issues between me and my guy. Admittedly, it was confusing as hell, because it wasn't the Scorp sun. I know that energy too well. After following some of the Leo moon people here and seeing their POV, plus after being pursued and married to a Leo sun, I figured out that this "weirdness" wasn't/isn't Leo moon. I'm a Venus in Capricorn...so I EASILY recognize his VIC. Alas, after weeks of searching, I find it...Virgo Mars. I have to agree with OP that modern day astrology wants to give Virgo energy the cloak of servitude. Yes, but to self...not only first and foremost, but PERIOD. I just decided to do a search and see what Virgo men have to say about being a Virgo and I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, this is my guy in our relationship. I'm just speechless, because now I'm like...wow. This Virgo Mars is like, the WORST part of him. He mitigates this in our relationship by becoming somber and then quietly saying to me....it's me, it's not you. I was beginning to think that his statement was a cop out until now. He really means it. The other great thing about him is that after Virgo Mars acts like an ass, he readily (but quietly) embraces me. It's like he knows that his actions turns women off and he can't prevent from acting this way, but he's learned how to apologize and how to make up for it in his own way...but yea...I'm still like...jaw dropping...whoa. The post I read before this one was brutal. Basically, a Virgo man admitting that the best thing a woman can do is shut up and do as her man says. That's pretty much the "joke" my guy sent me in response to a very sweet good morning greeting. Now, I'm thinking...how nasty does this Virgo energy REALLY get?????

Actually, I attract a lot of leos. It's always been a push pull, because they tend not to deal well with the sensitive emotional side when it comes out. I'm a pisces with a lot of air and fire in my chart, so when i do show my emotions, its usually a floodgate.

Hello dear
Oh my god what a huge report, thank you very very much! I read it already but of course I need to reread it and mark certain phrases to actually get a deeper understanding. You confirmed what I already learned through my research but gave me the chance to get a much deeper understanding for this. I’m very happy with it and indeed it feels fated & our main focus is getting married and start our own little family by next spring. Hehe and yes, ego battles are def something to watch out for but we already managed that and are aware of ourselves. I’m also very aware of my jealous/possessive/strict nature and I’m just in the middle of the process of learning to fully trust and give away a certain amount of control. I can say it is very accurate and helpful as a guide!
Thank you very very much!!!!
