The confusing part about all of this is that he literally makes no attempt to contact me. I've changed my number but his friends have access to my social media accounts as does he and still. Not even to say hi or try remaining friends. We had a very cordial break up
A cap sun might resonate with you and touch an emotional place within you, but I'm not sure that it's a defining placement. Your Venus would be attracted to something else and your rising would probably be more attractive to different sun.
I know that they say sun/moon conjunctions are great but they can also be unnerving enough to repel. I can't imagine really enjoying a cap sun romantically. There might be things about their essence that I find familiar or comforting and that I identify with but that's as far it it would go for me.

Okay so I think I'm on the right track maybe?
I look at my natal chart and go down the list of planets like for example my Sun and I look at the signs and see if they are the same they can be conjunct if its in a tight enough orb? Or if I have sun in Leo and moon in aqua they can be opposites if the orb is close?
I know I'm not 100% correct but I'm trying really hard to understand
