I'll cop to being like this in my late teens and early 20s. The flakyness is self-serving and selfish behavior- she only contacts you when she needs an emotional crutch.

I'm trying. He seems like a bit hesitant to ask me things, but he always told me stuff about his parents and what he's been up to without me asking.
We both are each others first loves, and it's amazing that now we're at least in touch again after years.
Oh and out of sudden, he asked me to forgive him about everything that he has done. Which i think that i was the one who being so rude when i dumped him and i should be the one who apologize. Oh this guuuuyyy!!
