That area is sensitive! Breaking through skin to pierce something will be a doorway for many microorganisms!
It(pierced area) will be breeding ground for germs.
Some people have allergic reactions to ear rings.. Us girls who wear ear rings everyday have to remove it occasionally to clean the ring and that pierced part of ear. Dirt gets accumulated around the ring(for those who wear it everyday)
And genital area is not even much exposed to ... air.. It's very hard to keep it clean.. No matter how much you try, it's gonna be very hard.
Do you give you any liquid like they give for contact lenses(cleaning purpose)?
