He told me he likes me... But he made it clear that he doesn't want a relationship.. I think since the first time we met, we already like each other. We just both deny it.. the reason why I cut him off is I don't want to get too attached. I'm scared to get hurt.. before when we still work together, he's always on his phone while on break talking to a woman I heard him saying "she's the only one? " stuffs like that? It seems like they're in a relationship. I've seen it myself he's a player..but when we're together he takes good care of me. I don't know... I miss him tho.

Apparently you miss this guy, but don't be too eager. Just do the eye contact thing and be mysterious when you see him. He'll come chase you.

When he chases, make it verbally clear that you would only consider a man who wants a committed relationship. Be sweet but direct about it. Rinse and repeat until it gets into his thick skull.
