Wow that's actually kind of messed up and let's me see more into the guys perspective. I can honestly say that most of time, to the best of my ability, I always tried to write back to the ones that sent thought provoking, kind, and long messages. I actually didn't even visit too many profiles/look at photos often off the bat unless we had exchanged a few messages or I was curious for whatever reason. Maybe most women are more ... "visual" than I am, I guess. I don't mind at all going out with a dude who's not particularly attractive if the conversation and connection seems good enough.

I believe you but honestly, would you write back to a profile that had no pictures on it?
Yes, I reply more to those profiles then profiles with pics.
It makes me want to read their profile and that's when I see things we have in common so conversation flows.
It's the exactly opposite way around with men imo.
Ok so you're all in the minority percentages but honestly with men looking for advice on how to just get noticed online on dating sites - stats are telling a different story to real life.
Oh far be it for me to disagree with stats. It just your question that caught my eye so I had to reply based on my experience.
I met so many cool people I am totally biased favorably.
I'm biased for science, being statistically with one of the 3 hottest nationalities of all time and all.click to expand

JFC you're way over analyzing it! He's just a guy you only touchy feelyed with, you've only known him a yr. and he moved on/has a real gf so what does it matter how he wished you anything on social media? He doesn't owe you shit and you don't owe him shit. Just delete him so you can stop obsessing.
So why wish me happy bday then? He didn't have to. Not everyone does
To be polite or to troll you, but why the hell does it actually matter what his reasons are? He has a gf, you two weren't really ever an item, and so it's really not important. If you're lacking in hobbies or whatever to fill your time I could give some great suggestions on things you could better spend your energy on other than obsessing over him. You could volunteer your time to some charity work, take up art, music, reading, video gaming, photography, sports, get a pet, travel, take classes, etc.
Omg dont tell me if I'm lacking in things...this is a forum..I am allowed to vent and discuss. I'm not contacting him about it. Don't be so cold heartedclick to expand

If he has issues with the ex then let him go. You telling him you're too good for him didn't exactly help. It also sounds to me like you still want him to make an effort and try to win you back. That won't happen though. If he really wanted to make things work then he wouldn't start dating other people that fast. Better move on.

@tcta Tucson, specifically... The more northwest of Arizona you go, the more expensive, and vice versa if you're looking for inexpensive places. The inexpensive areas have more "explorable" land as I like to call it...there are more places to venture, versus the more expensive then it's just as city-like as any other state. I prefer areas closer to nature.
jobs, single older men that have teeth and good housing ... Tucson you say ... sounds great !!! thanks!
sarcasm? I didn't say anything about older men...lol...click to expand
