WHAT IS THIS TAURUS DISAPEARING THING???
So he spends long periods of time with you, weeks even, and then is gone for a few days to a week. I don't really see an issue, maybe he needs that time to focus on work more or something.

I think you guys all think to much... about T squares... lol or what ever.
Look you are actually doing very fine and this is all normal for you. The moon was just full in Sagittarius and this maybe triggering emotions or something that really got you thinking or focusing on this. Right before the Mercury Retro end in the full moon... It was in Taurus the sign of luxury possibly directing your throughs on this area. Now as the moon is becoming less full you are thinking about how to deal with these emotions. You are an emotionally expressive person and battle with seeming to maybe do nice... as your moon is in your first house... Sun and rising.
All of these issues are normal to becoming out now as 6th house...

Mercury is in also your 12th house which amps Saturn transiting your 6th house which is ruled by Virgo. I can't see you really being in the wrong line of work as a teach... Where I am from they are hurting so bad for teachers they will take anyone for the public system that has a 4 year degree and fast track them not need the other 2 year thing I believe down to one as you work. Of course coast of living and how much teachers get paid is another issues.
I think you need to get over what social media, movies, and TV is telling you need to be to feel successful. Regardless these very transits are good for you and by the time Saturn moves into Capricorn things will let up... but when they move into your 7th house it may suggest really working on partner ships... 8th house some financial. Saturn was the king of the Titans he was know as a some what cruel God... There for he is a hard task master in theres areas but by giving you such a ruff time by the time he moves you will have gotten over the major theme of that house.
I think you are far from doomed and having an overly emotional reaction... typical of cancer energy. You have what you see and feel as a harsh road over the next year or more but if you learn what you need to... you will have more of not what you think you need but what actually satisfied you spiritually and mental.
