Months ago met a male Libra sun/Cap rising/ Aries moon... I'm a female sag sun/ cancer rising/ Taurus moon... we chatted here and there because we worked together... added each other on social media... nothing crazy. Then a couple months ago, I left the place we worked and he started messaging me sporadically. We made plans to get a drink and didn't cement anything. Finally a few weeks ago, we finally got together.... conversation was amazing and we spent the night together. It was amazing. We saw each other here and there at the old work place a couple times that week and then a week or so later, I ran into him at the local bar and he spent most of his time talking to me before bringing a friend home. I asked him what was going on with us and if it was a one time thing or an I don't know? And he responded that he didn't know, he is a loner through and through and if I don't have expectations of him he's sure not to disappoint... I was a little lost... thought that may be rejection... and then we STILL talk a lot about a variety of subjects but whenever I mentioned hanging out in person he dodges it.
I've done the blow off thing before and I can handle rejection but what the hell? All I want to do is hang out as friends and chat or maybe jam... but he's so evasive and then turns around and acts like it is no big thing.

The weather has been perfect here, by my standards. Sun and clouds and easy low 70's temps.
Sorry not sorry for the hellish weather I sent to Texas. Southerners need to stop pissing me off.
I've been doing a bit of gardening, both veggie patch and yard, plus the usual work/play/kids/pets routine.
As for biscuits, I make a shortbread biscuit and sweeten it us with sugar and vanilla for strawberry shortcake. Or add cheddar and fresh chives, or garlic and rosemary, or lavender and lemon zest, etc. depending on what I'm serving them with. The sky is the limit with flavor combos and additions. I don't really use recipes, I go by sight and feel and taste (much to the frustration of people wanting recipes from me).

...oh, CRAPPOLA! Cowpuncher lives in the south! Oh well he's a Cap, he'll be fine.
Oh snap, what are you growing in the garden? I actually have the chance to try growing something in my new front yard.

He's not in Texas, so I'm sure he can handle whatever spin off shit weather meanders that way from down there. Maybe I'll send some his way just for shits n giggles.
I'm growing tomatoes, peppers, squash, greens and herbs.

Its only natural to judge. It's human nature. But it doesn't make it a good excuse nor does it mean we can't do better. We must be the change we want to see in this world. We should not expect it of others. I think that's unfair especially when we that judge are no better.

He's 25 and I'm 32. We have a similar educational background and that's where we connect. I hear him say things like, "I want you to call me intelligent" when I refer to how attractive he is. I told him that he has to earn that compliment. I worry because in the past one guy turned really nasty on me after I stopped seeing him and still talks about me to everyone.
