ive been paying social security for 30 + years and it will more than likely be gone before i retire..
i don't dislike millennials. i do think the parents failed to instill many values etc.. latch key kids, due to 2 working parents or single parent homes. We created it i guess.
I do have a hard time with the lack of or seeming lack of accountability i see and the outlandish sense of entitlement. Maybe because parents didn't hold them accountable and gave them everyting? i dunno.
That's just my 2 cents and i know it wil be trashed, but again i don't hate millineials- i think we can all learn a great deal from each other.

I tried my best to instill accountability and responsibility in my millennial kids. They seem pretty good with it.

What do you mean for free?
Not free, but I think there's a general tendency for companies to prefer hire people with a lot of experience. I think in some cases, it might be relatively easier for someone in an older generation to get into new positions than it is for college graduate because the former had been in the workforce for a long time.click to expand
